Lawler Park Amenity Center Underway

20121005-184149.jpg

The amenity center at Lawler Park is underway. The newest Frisco community has over 16 sales and is coming along very well.

The Highland Homes model in the Arbors is complete and a couple weeks for the Darling Homes model to be complete.

The most exciting news is the Darling Homes model in the Crossing. It is a two story home that will be the first you see of many in the Frisco new home industry.

It encompasses not only a large master and main kitchen downstairs, but it also includes an additional suite area on the first floor! Which has a bedroom area, living area, walk in closet and KITCHEN! Oh yes, 2 kitchens on the first floor!

Interest rates are trickling up and prices are as well. Call me today if you have any questions regarding Darling or Highland Homes in Lawler Park on Frisco.

Highland Homes and Darling Homes selling strong in the first couple weeks

As you can see, the sales have begun in Lawler Park and there are no sight of them slowing down.

The pent up demand for this community has caused another Richwoods like frenzy to scramble and pick up these amazing prices for these quality builders.

If you told me that Darling and Highland would have prices in the $300′s in a prime location like Lawler Park I would think you are crazy. But they are.

On top of Darling Homes $30,000 inventive for their buyers and Highland Homes 5% off total price and options for their buyers, my clients will also receive a 4% Total Rebate!!!! This deal can’t be beat by any builder/broker combination.

So if you would like to take advantage of the builders super low prices and my incredible incentive, call me at (469) 733-2723 today.

Darling Homes at Lawler Park is selling TOO FAST!

It looks like we have another Richwoods coming up in Frisco right across the street!!!!

20120809-121850.jpg

As of today in The Arbors at Lawler Park, Darling Homes has only 10 lots to sell after only 1 week of pre-selling the community. That’s 15 lots that are not available.

Highland Homes in The Arbors opened this Tuesday and the sales manager has had back to back appointments.

This is the exact same way with Richwoods. They started pre-selling, wrote a lot of contracts and then things slowed down on the contract side until . . . The models were complete.

“Both Darling Homes and Highland Homes are slated to begin their models in Lawler Park at the first of September. Those plan to be complete at the end of October or first of November!”

Then Lawler Park will see even more activity because when people can physically walk through a home they feel more comfortable making the decision to buy.

The one advantage the people that have already contracted with Darling is the price. The Grand-Opening incentives are unheard of and with two of the most quality builders in the same community, you can be assured that the prices will go up quickly.

Every Thursday in August I will have a room filled with the most up to date information on Richwoods, Lawler Park, Kathryn Estates and Phillips Creek Ranch.

Come by tonight to get a packet for Highland Homes or Darling Homes in Lawler Park or just to compare the developments and builders.

It starts at 5:30 and goes until 8:00pm at the Wingate by Wyndham on the corner of 121 and Independence.

Also do not forget about my 4% Total Rebate for my clients if they contract before August 20th on a new home in Frisco!

Hope to see you tonight!

Lawler Park plants landscaping

20120806-163613.jpg

Lawler Park in Frisco has just added its first section of landscaping. I can’t even explain the difference when you put some green up and how big of a difference it makes.

This is one thing that many of my clients say that they need to see and also, an actual home before they make the decision to contract. Which makes perfect sense. The only downfall is that both Darling Homes and Highland Homes will start off much lower in price and much higher in upgrades in the first couple weeks. But a huge advantage to you the buyer is buying at the bottom and having faith that the home will turn out as planned. Or buying off paper.
