Belmont in Allen by K Hovnanian is convo entry located off of Stacy Road and Angel Parkway. It is a very small community of only 32 Lots.

K Hovnanian Homes has opened sales in Bethany Mews at Montgomery Farms in Allen!
This community will ONLY be 30 lots and the location being close to Alma and Bethany is a fantastic spot close to Highway 75 and many other conveniences. And factor in Luxury Homes with the amazing natural setting adjacent to a grove of trees with a pond!
K Hovnanian starts in the $500’s and goes up from there. Another custom builder, Stonegate Homes, also has a portion of the community and can also build a beautiful luxury home but priced higher. They do a “cost plus 20” approach which means they will build you a home at their cost BUT add 20% for their profit.

The Landings at Kittyhawk is an Allen Texas new community off of Stacey Road. Grand Homes and Pulte Homes will most definitely make people’s life’s easier building them a quality home in a FANTASTIC location!!!
