  I remember when Park Place Estates in Frisco was one of the biggest opportunities in all of Frisco a while back, and now there are only 7 opportunities left in the last phase! It’s crazy! 
  Shaddock Homes has been here since day one and they have 3 spec homes and 2 lots available to build on as of today.  
 The quality and style of a Shaddock Home sells its self. They have been in the business for over 45 years for many reasons, but I would put them Top 3 builders around for quality. 

  Floorplans start at 3,000 square feet up to 5,000 square feet.  
 The three inventory homes are in different stages of construction and are 3 of the most popular plans.  

 They currently have a $30,000 incentive on either the build jobs or the inventory homes since they are in CLOSEOUT!

K Hovnanian Homes (KHOV) at Diamond Point Estates in Frisco Specs out remaining 11 lots to Start Close-Out!

 It feels like yesterday when K Hovnanian Homes (KHOV) opened Diamond Point Estates in Frisco, and now they are beginning Close-Out?  Wow! That was fast. 

Granted, the community has a total of only 51 Lots but is in an incredible location just East of Park Place Estates and directly across from the future Grand Park. Not to mention, right next to The Canals at Grand Park which is just North of Diamond Point. 

  Why does Diamond Point matter? 

The location directly off of Legacy and nearly halfway between Cotton Gin and Stonebrook gives residents east access to the Dallas Notth Tollroad. Stonebrook FINALLY has plans to open to the Tollroad towards the end of this year. 

  At Diamond Point, there are currently 18 homes that have already CLOSED out of the 51 homesites. A total of 39 have been SOLD which leaves the 11 that they have already Spec-ed out with Inventory homes, due to the incredible demand.

Park Place Estates in Frisco Opens Phase Two by K Hovnanian and Shaddock Homes

Park Place Estates in Frisco has been an incredible community with the amount of sales at the price point in today’s market.

Phase 2 has opened up with Shaddock Homes and K Hovnanian Homes. Drees decided not to go into phase 2 because of the Canals at Grand Park development they will be in right next door. Windsor Homes has 2 homes left to sell and they will also not continue to phase 2.

What is very appealing about Park Place in Phase 2 is that both of the builders are fantastic! Either is great!

K Hovnanian has 6 Specs coming up and they will be ready starting in August through September. The beauty regarding those homes is you will be able to get a great deal considering the end of October is the end of K Hovnanians fiscal year.

They build great plans and this will help drastically cut down the build times for new buyers.

Shaddock on the other hand is having a hard time keeping specs available on the ground. They have sold 9 homes since February but do have a couple homes that will be inventory for them in the next couple months.

But honestly with plans like this that will close this month by Shaddock Homes, it’s easily understood why they can’t keep the homes on the ground!
