MI Homes at Majestic Gardens in Frisco have 8 Inventory Homes ready for immediate Move-In!

Two years ago, MI Homes appeared in the DFW market and they are definitely here to stay!

They are currently building in many different communities in DFW but I really like Majestic Gardens in Frisco. They have already sold 12 homes since their grand opening. Today they have 8 inventory homes ready for immediate move in ranging from 2,338 square feet up to 3,029 square feet.

What I like, a lot, about Majestic Gardens is the location.

It’s located off Main Street and around a 1-2 minute drive to the North Dallas Tollroad.

There is a dog park and a small children’s park in a green space in Majestic Gardens.

When you walk into a MI Home you can tell the quality of materials they use are not cheap. From the baseboards, doors, trim pieces, fixtures, knobs, etc. They use very good products in the construction of their homes.

The exteriors are also very different and they try to incorporate many different eye catching aspects on the elevation.
