Park Vista in Frisco plans for a total of 333 homes including single family homes and townhomes. Streets are in, electrical in and it’s moving fast!

Trophy Signature Homes announces they will be building at Park Vista in Frisco!


Trophy Signature Homes has announced they they will be joining Normandy Homes and CB Jeni Homes as the third builder in Park Vista in Frisco.

Trophy Signature is fairly new to DFW from a name but the people behind the company have tremendous experience in not only building but development.

They currently build in 20 communities in DFW and some notable Frisco ones like Edgestone, Hollyhock and Frisco Springs. I feel they bring a unique blend of functionality, design, and value.

Why I feel Trophy is successful in what they do is that in every model home they build, EVERYTHING is standard! It really makes comparing builders much easier when you do not have to choose additional upgrades and increase the price!

Plans for all three builders is to start pre-sales late in the summer, most likely the end of June.

I was pretty concerned with what is going on in the world and the progress of Park Vista in Frisco but boy was I wrong! It looks like there timing is still on track and now since the final plat has been completed it’s pretty close to Pre-sales!

“Park Vista will consist of 203 patio home lots, 156 Townhome Lots and an additional 267 Patio Home/Townhome lots!”

Green Brick Partners is the developer (and not to confuse you) but they own these Texas builders: Normandy Homes, CB Jeni Townhomes, Southgate Homes and Trophy Signature Homes. I am guessing that all of them will be selling in Park Vista with possibly Southgate sitting this one out because I don’t think they have a patio home product.

The other builders, GHO Homes, The Providence Group and Challenger Homes all do business in other states like Florida, Georgia and Colorado!

For the patio homes I’m pretty sure the builders will be Normandy and Trophy Signature. They both have plans already with a patio home product and actually do an incredible job with them as well.

And for the townhomes, there is no doubt CB Jeni will be in the mix. They have done a great job with this product beginning in the 2008’s.

Trophy Signature also has surprised me with their finish out and plans.

Park Vista is moving ground in Frisco!

This 67-acre Park Vista community will be located at the corner of Coit Road and Eldorado Parkway in Frisco.

The builders will be two subsidiaries of the developer Normandy Homes and CB Jeni Homes. It will be a mixture of 333 single-family homes, patio homes and townhomes.

Current plans on pricing will be starting in the $300’s and go into the $500’s. Great prices for 2019 in the heart of East Frisco if you ask me!

Introducing Frisco Springs by Toll Brothers, CB Jeni Homes and Village Builders


Frisco Springs is a 96 acre community located in the heart of Frisco and approximately 5 minutes to the Dallas North Tollroad.

Another beautiful development centrally locates off of Eldorado and Preston road, Frisco Springs will have 3 different product types.

There will be a total of 326 lots that will consist of 58 Patio Homes, 154 Townhomes and 114 single family homes.

CB Jenis models are going up for the townhomes. On the 45 foot wide lots by 120 deep lots that sounds like Village Builders and Toll Brothers will most likely build on the 65 foot by 125 foot deep lots.

I think the developer has done a great job by allowing 3 different price points! It will be a great mix and from a vision standpoint, it will be a unique and different community that will be unlike most others you see in North Texas.

As you can tell on my video above, I feel that it will be pretty difficult to find better lots with mature trees and on a cul-de-sac like the Toll Brothers 11 lots towards the back of the development. Yes, they will have steep premiums, but you really get what you pay for!

There is a very good amount of open space that I am guessing the City of Frisco required that will help with the overall look and feel. Across the street, there is the massive Warren Sports complex which is around 105 acres filled with every feature you could imagine with an outdoor park, see below.
