Shaddock Homes has 2 Inventory North Facing homes Ready for Immediate move-in.

I know that many new home buyers are looking to move and get settled in the summer months, so here you go!

One of the floor plans is the 4440-C which is the outstanding and most sought out popular Shaddock model. The other is the 4436-D.

Many homes from Shaddock Homes will be complete by June!

The Estates at Shaddock Park will be a total of 450 lots. Lot sizes range from 55 wide across, 65 wide and 74 wide.

They are in the infant stages from their grand opening and there are a lot of good opportunities for new home buyers.

The builders are Shaddock Homes, Lennar Homes, Darling Homes and Normandy Homes. All top tier but a couple are set up to get a better deal with. Call me to discuss.

I like that the Estates at Shaddock Park have the new and improved playground and will have an amenity center and pool towards the end of the green belt starting construction in the next couple months.

Shaddock Homes model is one of the best. It’s really hard for me to find a problem with it because it flows and uses space so well.

Also, most of the time the developer gives its own builder better lots, so go out and take a look.

Shaddock Development purchases 127 acres from Brinkmann Ranch in Frisco for 500 lot new home development called Shaddock Estates!

The Estates at Shaddock Park will be the third new development of sales of land from Brinkmann Ranch in Frisco!

Shaddock Development closed last week on 140 acres on the North west corner of Independence Parkway and Main Street.  Current plans for The Estates at Shaddock Park in Frisco are for 455 total homes with the first phase around 120 homes.

Lot sizes plan to be 55 foot wide, 65 foot wide and 74 foot wide for Shaddock Estates. What I have heard is Village Builders will have a larger chunk of the smaller lots and Darling Homes have taken the larger lots.
