Oakdale Homes is building garden homes at Park West in Frisco.

The location is unreal in Frisco. Very close to the Tollroad and Main intersection. It would be hard to beat from a location perspective.

Oakdale Homes has the best energy efficient features that I have heard of as a standard though. R-51 blown-in fiberglass instead of a normal R-48, Low E-3 windows instead of Low E-2, etc. I think they just wanted to build a better home for their buyers!
