Wow! Megatel Homes at Mercer Crossing plans to have Kevin O’Leary from the Shark Tank for Grand Opening!

Kevin O’LearyKevin O’Leary is my favorite Shark on Shark Tank and Megatel Homes is not messing around bringing a big celebrity to the grand opening of the highly anticipated Mercer Crossing.

Located in Farmers Brach, Mercer Ranch has some high end builders and unique community amenities that might put Mercer Crossing as the hottest development in DFW for 2018.

This community is inspired by the historic architecture of 17th century England but still innately Texas. By taking Tudor architecture and weaving it with contemporary Texas-style elements, Mercer Crossing will be a community unlike any other in the Dallas area. It will be a community unlike any other in the entire southwest.

Mercer Crossing Site Plan

Part of the community is intended for urban commerce with shops, restaurants, coffee bars, studios, and offices for small to large businesses. The rest will be 6 distinct residential neighborhoods with parks, trails, and open space designed to replicate the English countryside.

• Amesbury

• Ashington

• Brighton

• Coventry

• Verwood

• Windermere

By the time this new development is finished, when homeowners are asked where they live, they won’t refer to their new home as Dallas, they’ll refer to it as Mercer Crossing.

Builders to include the following:

Beazer Homes – Megatel Homes – First Texas Homes – Oakdale Homes – Siena Homes – M/I Homes

Each builder has a great design and product for which section they are slated to begin construction in.

For More on how I can help you save a tremendous amount of money on negotiations with the builder on lot cost, additional upgrades, price reduction, mortgage incentives, buy down rates, rebates, please call or text me today at (469)733-2723. The Grand Opening is the only time to not only create instant equity, but cherry pick the best lots in Mercer Crossing. Call or text today!

Emory Park in Frisco by MI Homes plans to start Pre Sales Summer of 2016!

Emory Park in Frisco has plans to start Pre Sales late this summer! This will be the first community to start selling homes that was previously the Brinkmann Ranch!

The builder, MI Homes, is fairly new to DFW but they have been in business building homes for 40 years.  They are currently building homes  all over the Midwest, Washington DC, Texas, MInnesota, Florida, Chicago, North Carolina and South Carolina.

MI Homes entered the Texas market in 2010 starting in Houston then expanding to San Antonio followed by Austin. They came to DFW in 2013 and currently have 7 communities. They own several other pieces of land that are under development.

“The Dallas-Fort Worth area is one of the nation’s most dynamic housing markets, with some of the countries strongest job growth and a healthy business environment,” stated Robert H. Schottenstein, M/I Homes CEO. And clearly we know he is correct!

I’m pretty excited for Emory Park, and to tell you the truth there are several reasons.

First off, the location directly off of Main Street in Frisco and very close to Coit Road is INCREDIBLE!  It will allow home owners easy access to both 121 Sam Rayburn Tollway, Preston and the Dallas North Toll Road.

Secondly, it’s a small community. Plans are for only 105 homesites. The front section of the community will be phase one with 43 homesites which consist of 60 to 70 foot wide lots. The remaining 62 homesites will be phase two and will have home sites that are 40 foot wide.

Lastly, MI Homes at Emory Park is a builder with over 40 years of experience!  In fact they are having their 40th birthday this year!  They have seen a lot and know what it takes to take care of their customers.

Especially being in the Texas markets since 2010, and here in DFW since 2013. Their local team has been in this market for 15 plus years and knows how to treat their customers right!

The Floorplans are currently a new lineup for MI Homes that will be 50 feet wide. For a good idea, look at their community Park Ridge in McKinney. Though the product in McKinney is 40 foot wide, it will give you a great idea of the type of product and finish out they plan to have in Emory Park.

Below are a couple floorplans that MI Homes will be offering at Emory Park!
