Plat Map for Park Vista in Frisco!


Park Vista in Frisco has proposed a plat map for the community that looks like a very nice set up. Many parks and open spaces with a good mix of townhomes and single family homes.

Update on Park Vista in FRISCO


Park Vista in Frisco has been moving a ton of dirt and already have most streets in and electricity to the lots.

The Developer is Green Brick Partners and they recently got final zoning approvals for the Park Vista community at Eldorado Parkway and Coit Road. The Plano-based builder and developer traded apartment zoning on a part of the 74-acre site in order to build a neighborhood of townhouses and patio homes.

“Half of the site was zoned for multi-family, which we were willing to give up to build this project,” Jed Dolson, president of Green Brick’s Texas division, said.

The Park Vista community will include more than 300 homes and almost seven acres of open space in four small parks. Homes in the development are planned in a combination of Georgian, Craftsman and Colonial styles.

Builders have not been finalized but once they are I will let you know about Pre-Sales for the Park Vista Builders and get you plat maps and other Park Vista Info. This will only be for my clients.

BREAKING NEWS – Toll Brothers pulls out of Edgewood in Frisco and Shaddock Homes will be newest builder!


Edgewood in Frisco has been the number 1 selling community for sales in the past 6 months. Currently Toll Brothers, Southgate and Meritage have been the builders but things are a changin’.

Shaddock Homes is in my top 5 for quality and price in DFW! They will come in and take some of the 55 foot wide by 120 foot deep lots and be sharing them with Southgate.
