In February of 2017, I wrote my first blog regarding The Estates of Rockhill by Shaddock Homes basically stating it is best to get into a neighborhood early especially when they have 3 phases.

I took a walk threw two of these specs and they blew me away!

This gorgeous home has an enormous utility room and a huge covered patio.

Cinemark Walls are finally going up at Frisco North on the Southwest corner of US 380 and Dallas North Tollroad!


About 5 years ago the Frisco Cinemark and Frisco North was announced and now finally the walls are going up!

The Cinemark theatre complex was planned as the first phase of the 320-acre mixed-use development by Cleveland-based Forest City Enterprises called Frisco North.

Emory Park by MI Homes in Frisco are where the deals are at!


MI Homes came on to the DFW scene picking up land in many interesting locations. One very fortunate was the first piece of Brinkmann Ranch sell-off called Emory Park in Frisco.

Britton Homes is a fairly new builder to the DFW metroplex entering in 2015, but not new to home building. Britton Homes is the luxury line of Perry Homes ,based out of Houston, that has been in business for over 50 years.

The quality of their houses is evident by just walking through their model. I would compare Britton evenly to Darling Homes or Highland Homes.

Hollyhock is located in North Frisco and is considered more of a “boutique” community. It has a more modern look than most developments and landscaping is meticulously maintained.
