I’ve been in Frisco Real Estate for 15+ years, and what I just found out even shocked me!
I visited the Toll Brothers model at Edgestone in Frisco today and was shocked that all 17 of their lots are accounted for!
So then I asked if they are selling the model and all I heard was $1.6 million. I asked again and they sold their model home, the Valencia plan for $1.6 million dollars!
Now don’t get me wrong, Edgestone should be the number one neighborhood any buyer should be looking at. But to be able to sell a model for $1.6 million because they have sold all of their lots in Frisco is unheard of!
The one good thing for buyers is there are still luxury lots available with Huntington Homes in the same section.
Most of the Toll Brothers homes here sold around the 1 million mark, and maybe 1.2 or 1.3, but $1.6 million is a different level in luxury homes.
