It’s not everyday I find an inventory that is absolutely stunning on the outside and the floor plan matches, but I did today!

This Highland Home at The Grove in Frisco has easily over $150k in upgrades! They put so much in the front elevation and the walk up I really can’t believe it’s still sitting here.

Cathedral ceiling in the family with accent cedar beams. Colors through the house are very consistent with the modern look.

Huge covered patio with an oversized backyard that is FLAT!

Master bath is laid out excellent, not too big and the space is used perfect. Master is oversized with bay windows. Upstairs is 3 bedrooms with game room and media. Butlers pantry and a planning desk are placed perfectly. Extensive hardwoods throughout the first floor and all carpet is upgraded! Even the front door is super high end and the time spent on the walk up would be many many hours! It really helps make the drive up appeal that much better. At 4,266 square feet they have lowered the price and the opportunity is there for a buyer to come in and get an incredible deal!

American Legend Homes at The Grove in Frisco currently has 11 inventory homes and 5 are ready for immediate move-in!

American Legend Homes is one of the couple builders I put in the consumers favorite choice awards. Usually they never have inventory. Also their build job choices are never their popular plans because so many other buyers have already built them.

Their available homes are in both the 55 wide lots section and the 65 foot wide section. And also there has been a very nice price drop and they are still offering a $15,000 buyer incentive!

Their looks are very unique and even without the sign in front of the house you can tell it’s an American Legend!

They do a great job on their unique features on the elevations of the houses.

One home I would like to highlight is a home that is ready for move in today and a true one-story!

This home is in the 65 foot wide lot section and is 4 bedroom, 3.5 baths and 2,811 square feet! It also includes a dining room, office and media room! That’s very hard to find in a one-story.

I also found out something very special regarding the trees in The Grove.

I found out the developer has an actual GROVE of trees on the land he owns on Custer and they are taking them and replanting them in the neighborhood! VERY COOL!

The Grove in Frisco plans to have their Grand Opening on June 23rd at 10:00am. They will have presentations in each models then finish at the amenity Center with music and food.

But in the mean time, here is where American Legend, Southgate and Highland Homes are at as of today.

AMERICAN LEGEND HOMES

American Legend is building on both the 55 foot wide lots and the 65 foot wide lots.

They start in the 55’s at 2,078 square feet at $456,990 and go up to 3,395 Square Feet starting at $549,990.

Build jobs they are allowing a $20,000 incentive for upgrades.
