The Grove in Frisco with American Legend, Southgate, Drees and Highland has a Grand Opening on June 23rd at 10:00am!


The Grove in Frisco plans to have their Grand Opening on June 23rd at 10:00am. They will have presentations in each models then finish at the amenity Center with music and food.

But in the mean time, here is where American Legend, Southgate and Highland Homes are at as of today.

AMERICAN LEGEND HOMES

American Legend is building on both the 55 foot wide lots and the 65 foot wide lots.

They start in the 55’s at 2,078 square feet at $456,990 and go up to 3,395 Square Feet starting at $549,990.

Build jobs they are allowing a $20,000 incentive for upgrades.

In the 65 foot wide lots, American Legend offers 2,829 square feet for $552,990 up to 3,672 at $632,990.

There is also 4 Inventory homes in the 65’s ranging from $612,230 up to $682,665. One available in August, one in October and two in September.

SOUTHGATE HOMES

Southgate Homes is ultra luxury! I absolutely love their plans and design. You can tell the difference when you walk other models that Southgate uses the best materials and has the best design.

Southgate is building in the 65 foot wide lots and the 74 foot wide lots. In the 65’s, as of today, they start at 2,739 square feet at $569,000 up to 3,980 at $679,990
