Village Builders at Frisco Springs almost have their model home complete! They plan to open Pre-sales in the Fall and plan to start in the mid-$400’s! This will be a very good opportunity for new buyers.

Here is why I think getting in early with Village Builders is an incredible value opportunity.

First of all, their sites are in the front to the left when you drive in. Their lots are also around the open space with a Park.

They will be priced a little higher than the CB JENI townhomes at the beginning and hundreds of thousands lower than Toll Brothers across the development.

To be in the city of Frisco and Frisco ISD, in a new house in the $400’s is amazing! I think this price point will be what the buyer is in Frisco Springs and as sales increase prices will follow.

The above video is on Rebecca street at Frisco Springs and I feel these are the primo lots fronting to an open park and backing to mature trees and a hike and bike trail.

Also, the fact that the Warren Sports complex is directly across the street only helps create more value to owning a home in Frisco Springs.

Frisco Springs is a 96 acre community located in the heart of Frisco and approximately 5 minutes to the Dallas North Tollroad.

Another beautiful development centrally locates off of Eldorado and Preston road, Frisco Springs will have 3 different product types.

There will be a total of 326 lots that will consist of 58 Patio Homes, 154 Townhomes and 114 single family homes.

CB Jenis models are going up for the townhomes. On the 45 foot wide lots by 120 deep lots that sounds like Village Builders and Toll Brothers will most likely build on the 65 foot by 125 foot deep lots.

I think the developer has done a great job by allowing 3 different price points! It will be a great mix and from a vision standpoint, it will be a unique and different community that will be unlike most others you see in North Texas.

As you can tell on my video above, I feel that it will be pretty difficult to find better lots with mature trees and on a cul-de-sac like the Toll Brothers 11 lots towards the back of the development. Yes, they will have steep premiums, but you really get what you pay for!

There is a very good amount of open space that I am guessing the City of Frisco required that will help with the overall look and feel. Across the street, there is the massive Warren Sports complex which is around 105 acres filled with every feature you could imagine with an outdoor park, see below.
