Prosper Lake is 125 homesites on around 75 acres developed right in the heart of Prosper! The closest major intersection is Preston Road and Prosper Trail Road which is only about a 2 minute drive! And the Tollroad is around a 4 minute drive


This location within Prosper is ideal with easy access to both main thoroughfares. Retail has begun and there is already Prosper’s first shopping center Kroger, right around the corner!
