Prices currently start below $400,000 and go up to 3,990 square feet at $469,000.

Megatel Homes at Central Park on Preston in Plano is over halfway sold out!


Megatel Homes at Central Park on Preston in Plano have sold 34 homes out of the total 66 lots.

Growing up in Plano, this was the location to live in. Located off of Preston and between Parker and Park is West Plano’s Central Park!

Megatel Homes is doing a great job with this community after agreeing to the City of Plano’s request of a 3 acre green belt in the middle of the development.

Megatel is very good at building what most buyers want in a home with hand scraped nailed down real hardwoods, granite everywhere and upgraded carpet.

Prairie Commons by Megatel Homes in Plano is about the closest you can get to Highway 121 while also being fat enough away to not hear the noise!

Prairie Commons is surrounded by beautiful greenbelts and open spaces. It boasts over 50 acres in a serene setting.

Why Megatel Matters.

Megatel Homes has its niche to me in all DFW builders. Most builders make their money by selling a base price of a home, lot premium, UPGRADES and the elevation on the front.

With Megatel, pretty much all the design options are standard and already in the price, except for flooring! This makes it very easy for buyers to make a decision and be happy with the final price!
