Since KHOVs Model in Richwoods has been complete, homes are selling very fast!

As of today, KHOV has 11 SOLD homes and 3 HOLDS in Richwoods Place in Frisco.

When I take clients in the model they are blown away that they can get wood as a standard at their current prices! It is such a great quality wood that most custom builders would use the same kind.
