When my clients are considering different neighborhoods, the normal questions of location, quality of builder, schools etc., are always the main factors, which they should be. But there are a couple very noticeable items that get overlooked that make a community extra special. And these are why Richwoods really matters.
I always have clients that ask where they can find a new home community with large mature trees that touch over the streets like in Highland Park in Dallas. This is almost never going to be found in new communities since there are mostly flat land areas and a couple large trees the developers have saved throughout the green areas.
