The building is up for Tom Thumb and a couple retail spots at Westside Market Center in Frisco off of 423 and Lebanon. This project has been a long time coming and now the residents nearby will be happy to see the progress.

The Tribute community and Landing at Waterstone residents will be excited to not have to drive to Lebanon and Legacy to go to the grocery store.

Another big announcement is HEB coming to the other side of 423 and Lebanon. This is also huge news for Phillips Creek Ranch as the shopping and convenience was missing from the overall appeal.
