I was recently featured as the realtor on the show Extreme Cheapskates on TLC. The O’Briens live in Plano and were interested in selling their house.

First off they had a fence in need of staining or more likely replacing. It was pretty bad.

They used a water bottle with some holes in it for their shower head. Their living room had a bean bag, futon and some folding chairs. Carpet was really bad with stains and also needed to be stretched.

Their baseboards needed a lot of cleaning and the kitchen appliances were very outdated.

The O’Briens were super nice but if they try to put their home on the market in that condition, get ready for low ball offers because that is all that is going to happen!

It was a fun experience though!
