Diamond Point Estates by K Hovnanian Homes in Frisco will be one of Frisco’s number 1 selling communities in 2014.

This will only be a boutique community on 17.1 acres and will consist of 51 total lots. The standard size lot will be 75 foot wide by 120 deep.

My big endorsement for Diamond Point Estates is the location and everything that is happening around it. The community will first be on Legacy in front of Park Place Estates which has $650,000 up homes.

The City of Frisco has approved a plan to build Grand Park directly across the street from Diamond Point Estates as well! And lastly the access to the Tollroad will be easy either by Coyton Gin Road or Stonebrook Parkway.

After speaking with K Hovnanian in detail about Diamond Point, they never gave me the exact product but I am pretty sure that at Grand Opening in March, prices will start in the mid $400’s! And that’s amazing for the location.
