I’m a big fan of Shaddock Homes! They build a great house, with great design and are building in some great developments. Peter Shaddock above is a down to earth guy and will talk to anyone. He has also developed some of the best communities around DFW and Frisco.

There were about 100 people in attendance with music, food and drinks. And a really goofy photo booth, but clever. See below.

They gave their top producers these Yeti coolers which I have never even heard of but apparently are great cooler and can’t be eaten by a bear!?!
