Edgestone at Legacy chooses Upscaled Amenity Center featuring Infinity Pool and Unique Wooden Childrens Playground!

Edgestone at Legacy in Frisco is planned as a 307-acre master-planned residential community.

The development will consist of around 664 total single-family homes, and will offer an upscale amenity program.

Approved plans call for a fitness center, pool complex, tennis courts and numerous neighborhood parks.

“As you can see, the Edgestone Amenities are living up to the hype!”

TBG Partners partnered with Earthscape to deliver a natural play space. They came up with structures that would create a feel of playing within the woods while on the playground.

The playground features several pods. Each area is depressed in the ground and will have AstroTurf as the flooring and feature a different play element. One is a log jam that connects to a log tower rising 20 feet high to a slide at the top.

The pool is designed and built by Gold Medal pools. There will be a total of 4 cabanas, a tanning ledge and stunning infinity pool!

The workout center will have great views of the pool and the mature trees.

Lastly there will be an outdoor area for conversation that will be covered with a very large fireplace for the cold Texas nights.

There is also a natural pond already stocked as catch and release and is about 200 feet away from the playground.
