The Retreat at Stonebriar by KB Homes is by far the best location in Frisco! Literally walkable to any retailer at 121 and Preston!

I’m sure the land cost was very high so prices are higher than what I expected. They currently have 4 specs available now and 2 coming up in the next months.

Prices start in the $430’s and goes up to $550’s on build jobs.

KB Homes has currently sold 10 and traffic has picked up over the past couple weeks.
