What I like, a lot, about Majestic Gardens is the location.

It’s located off Main Street and around a 1-2 minute drive to the North Dallas Tollroad.

There is a dog park and a small children’s park in a green space in Majestic Gardens.

When you walk into a MI Home you can tell the quality of materials they use are not cheap. From the baseboards, doors, trim pieces, fixtures, knobs, etc. They use very good products in the construction of their homes.

The exteriors are also very different and they try to incorporate many different eye catching aspects on the elevation.
