Frisco is in both Denton and Collin County so when looking at the data in comparison to February 2018, things are all looking good.
Median Price is up in both and active listings is up 40%+ in both counties!!!
The days on market is up due to newer guidelines on lending and closed sales are down due to the building of new homes slowing from past year.
Having around the 3% of inventory is a sign of a very healthy real estate market.
So all in all, things are looking up for both counties and will continue to get stronger in the high times of selling during the summer months!
