Wow! John R Landon Signature Series puts its finishing touches in Richwoods in Frisco

It’s not a concept anymore at all. The newest nearly completed model in Richwoods is nearing the end of construction.

Above you will see the “Utra Shower” that has 3 shower heads and is offered as an upgrade.

Right now the kitchen is in disarray with design elements, but WOW. What an amazing kitchen.

55 Homes under construction in Richwoods Today!

If you haven’t been to Richwoods in a while, you will be shocked! There is currently 55 homes under construction.

All are in different stages from form boards up to completion in a couple weeks for Richwoods first closed homes.

Here is a breakdown to show how each section is performing: (note- Richwoods Place had their lots permitted through the city before each of the other sections)

Richwoods Place – 29
Richwoods Glen – 15
Richwoods Landing – 6
Richwoods Country – 5

And regarding the models under construction, here are the projected completion times:

Newcastle Homes – August 31st

Toll Brothers Country – September 15th

Richwoods in Frisco finalizes their Mailboxes

The mailboxes for Richwoods have just been finalized. I’m thrilled!

They look like a mix of Modern/ Old World style. All the builders, Landon, Toll Brothers, Newcsstle and KHOV are happy as well.

Richwoods in Frisco is DFWs #1 fastest selling community since March. They have sold over 100 homes with no signs of slowing down!

Starting in the $340’s and currently with the highest price home in the $700’s, Richwoods seems to be a very unique gated community in one of the best locations in Frisco. Normally towards the end of the summer sales start to slow down, but not in 2012.

Lawler Park, directly north of Richwoods, opened up sales and have seen the same demand through the weekend as Richwoods has since its grand opening.

Yesterday, I attended the Hot On Homes realtor event in Richwoods for Landon Homes. The turn-out was incredible.

Landon gave away a ton of prizes and had a great selection of lunch.

It was held in the Richwoods Glen model and the cars completely filled the model row. This is only going to increase the record amount of sales in Richwoods and this is all before the amenity center begins in September!

KHOV in Richwoods hosts Realtor Event

K Hovnanian Homes in Richwoods had an event for the top realtors in the area yesterday and they did it right!

A complete full spread of hor devours, live entertainment, wine and prizes.

Most realtor events consist of home hunts and free lunches, but KHOV did it completely right!

“But the funny thing is they didn’t even need to promote Richwoods, because the latest sales and holds on lots are continuing to climb.”

In the second section of lots in Richwoods Place and they are almost completely out!

And yesterday, the best lot in Richwoods came back on the market that is located beside the sports field in the North East section, but I am sure has already been sold.

Richwoods is picking up steam. 4 models exteriors complete. 3 under construction and around 22 resident homes also going up.

I found out today that KHOV will be raising prices August 1st another $3,000 minimum and John R. Landon Series another $5,000 on August 23rd, 2012.
