The Location of Estates of Rockhill is in North Frisco. 


The new development is in the city of Frisco and Frisco ISD Schools. The Estates of Rockhill currently plans for with 374 homesites in 3 different phases. 


The first phase will be a total of 161 lots with currently Saxony Homes and Village Builders.  Saxony Homes plans to start 15 inventory homes in the upcoming months! 

As I always like to explain to out of state buyers and even first time buyers, the absolute best time to purchase in a new neighborhood is at the beginning. The difference in the phase 2 prices and even phase 3 prices will be many thousands higher. Lexington in Frisco Amenity Center Plans


Lexington in Frisco has submitted its plans for the Amenity Center. 

It looks very similar to Richwoods but not on as large of a scale. The building square footage is around 7,823. The pool will consist of 8 cabanas total in sets of 4 and a small kiddie pool with some slight covering. 

The pool almost has an identical shape of Richwoods but not as large. There are also plans of an outdoor shower with multiple covered patios and lots and lots of landscaping. 


Things are moving right along with the development and each builder has a different time schedule for pre sales, so that part is very up in the air until the development gets closer to being complete.  

Builders for Lexington plan to be Shaddock Homes, Toll Brothers Homes, John R. Landon Homes and K Hovnanian Homes (KHOV).

Shaddock Development purchases 127 acres from Brinkmann Ranch in Frisco for 500 lot new home development called Shaddock Estates!

Shaddock Development closed last week on 140 acres on the North west corner of Independence Parkway and Main Street.  Current plans for The Estates at Shaddock Park in Frisco are for 455 total homes with the first phase around 120 homes.
