The Estates at Shaddock Park will be the third new development of sales of land from Brinkmann Ranch in Frisco!

Shaddock Development closed last week on 140 acres on the North west corner of Independence Parkway and Main Street. Current plans for The Estates at Shaddock Park in Frisco are for 455 total homes with the first phase around 120 homes.
Peter Shaddock is brothers with Bill Shaddock who is heading the new Shaddock Estates community
Lot sizes plan to be 55 foot wide, 65 foot wide and 74 foot wide for Shaddock Estates. What I have heard is Village Builders will have a larger chunk of the smaller lots and Darling Homes have taken the larger lots.
I’m sure the Estates at Shaddock Park will be another incredible community being across from beside Lexington and down the street from Emory Park.
