American Legend Homes is one of the couple builders I put in the consumers favorite choice awards. Usually they never have inventory. Also their build job choices are never their popular plans because so many other buyers have already built them.

Their available homes are in both the 55 wide lots section and the 65 foot wide section. And also there has been a very nice price drop and they are still offering a $15,000 buyer incentive!

Their looks are very unique and even without the sign in front of the house you can tell it’s an American Legend!

They do a great job on their unique features on the elevations of the houses.

Village Builders specs out 20 Inventory Homes to close-out at Phillips Creek Ranch in Frisco!


Village Builders bought out Cal Atlantic in late 2017 and since then they have almost closed out their Waterton section at Phillips Creek Ranch in Frisco!

Village Builders have also already started another model on their luxury executive section called the Kingston.

The Kingston plan is almost perfect from a layout and flow perspective with many of the latest trends and designs throughout.

The plan uses a larger breakfast area as the dining room/breakfast nook instead of the separating the two, which is also a new trend buyers have been asking for.

Village Builders in the Waterton section, have two homes that are ready to move in today and the other 18 are projected to be complete from September into the summer months of 2019.

Announcing Glen View by Beazer Homes in Frisco!


Glen View by Beazer in Frisco is a great new edition to West side of town! It’s located centrally on 423 between Eldorado and Highway 380.

Between those two retail areas, there literally will not be any chance you will not be able to find what you are looking for!

Beazer Homes is building on 55 foot wide lots called the Terraces and also have 65 foot wide lots called the Traditions. Each section has different floorpans to fit the different lot sizes.

The pond and playground are very nice and the developer did great with the design and location within Glen View.
