I was pretty concerned with what is going on in the world and the progress of Park Vista in Frisco but boy was I wrong! It looks like there timing is still on track and now since the final plat has been completed it’s pretty close to Pre-sales!
“Park Vista will consist of 203 patio home lots, 156 Townhome Lots and an additional 267 Patio Home/Townhome lots!”
Green Brick Partners is the developer (and not to confuse you) but they own these Texas builders: Normandy Homes,CB Jeni Townhomes, Southgate Homes and Trophy Signature Homes. I am guessing that all of them will be selling in Park Vista with possibly Southgate sitting this one out because I don’t think they have a patio home product.
The other builders, GHO Homes, The Providence Group and Challenger Homes all do business in other states like Florida, Georgia and Colorado!
For the patio homes I’m pretty sure the builders will be Normandy and Trophy Signature. They both have plans already with a patio home product and actually do an incredible job with them as well.
And for the townhomes, there is no doubt CB Jeni will be in the mix. They have done a great job with this product beginning in the 2008’s.
Trophy Signature does build a stunning house from inside and out on the patio home product at Park Vista in Frisco!

Park Vista in Frisco has been moving a ton of dirt and already have most streets in and electricity to the lots.
The Developer is Green Brick Partners and they recently got final zoning approvals for the Park Vista community at Eldorado Parkway and Coit Road. The Plano-based builder and developer traded apartment zoning on a part of the 74-acre site in order to build a neighborhood of townhouses and patio homes.
“Half of the site was zoned for multi-family, which we were willing to give up to build this project,” Jed Dolson, president of Green Brick’s Texas division, said.
The Park Vista community will include more than 300 homes and almost seven acres of open space in four small parks. Homes in the development are planned in a combination of Georgian, Craftsman and Colonial styles.
Builders have not been finalized but once they are I will let you know about Pre-Sales for the Park Vista Builders and get you plat maps and other Park Vista Info. This will only be for my clients.
Text or call me at (469)733-2723 for more information on Park Vista at the corner of Coit and Eldorado.
