Richwoods Country Lot Split complete for Toll Brothers, Newcastle and John R Landon Signature in Frisco

The wait is almost over.

The highly anticipated new section of Richwoods Country in Phase 20 has divided up the lots and the release for sales will be soon.

On the map above the Yellow will be Toll Brothers averaging a 90 feet wide by 135 feet deep. The red is Newcastle and Green is John R Landon Signature with a standard size lot at 84 wide and 130 deep.

Phase 20 will be situated near the center, inside the ring road but closer to Coit Road. Prices are planning to be $25k plus on all of the lots.

Supply is low and demand is still at an all time high.

Richwoods Country in Frisco currently has a total of 66 Lots in its first phase. Three builders build here currently who are: Toll Brothers, Newcastle Homes and John R Landon Signature Series. A standard size lot is 90 wide by 130 deep. Prices start in the $570’s.

Pretty Impressive numbers if you ask me with a median sales price in the low $700’s! The last phase of Richwoods Country plans to be 42 Lots that will only be Toll Brothers with a projected opening end of March first of April. Directly North of Toll Brothers new lots will be Richwoods Heights where Toll Brothers and Landon Homes will also be building.
