Toll Brothers will start selling homes in Phillips Creek Ranch! This is an incredible opportunity for buyers that want to take advantage of Phillips Creeks Ranch amenities and build their dream home.

Toll Brothers will be building in the Windrose section closer to the amenity center and will have lots that back to the pond. There will be around 150 opportunities and the size of the lots vary but will be a standard around 90 wide by 130 deep.

Prices and Plans are still in the works but I will be compiling a wait list for when Toll releases them for my clients. I will be able to offer my 4% Total Rebate to clients that choose to use me as their broker.
