Richwoods Hollow in Frisco Texas is yet another incredible opportunity for families looking to live in Richwoods. Nothing is in stone yet as of builders, timing, plans or pricing.
This is an opportunity that hopefully people will understand this time around. There is so much anticipation and buzz regarding homes in Richwoods in the low $300’s, I honestly don’t know how the builders are going to handle this grand opening.
With interest rates slowly creeping up and estimated to be around 4.1% by the end of 2013 and Richwoods stats of location to 121, Frisco ISD, the 10 million dollar amenity center, gated community on top of incredible builders its almost scary to think of what mad rush is about to happen.
And this is also not taking into consideration the all time low for available inventory of Frisco which is at around a 1 month supply. Wowzers!!!
Above is a home that I most recently closed. It is on a 55 foot wide lot and sold for the low $300’s. My best guess is that this is exactly what the first 10 or so buyers can contract on when Richwoods Hollow opens in months to come.
To be able to own in Frisco in an amazing community like Richwoods and buy a new home in 2013 blows my mind!!!
