Landon Homes at Richwoods in Frisco to increase Prices $10,000 on January 1st!


While gathering sales for my Richwoods report, I wanted to let you know that Landon Homes on Richwoods Hollow is raises prices $10,000 for the new year.

This is the norm for builders this time of year, but $10,000 is pretty steep from one day to the next.

So if you are considering Richwoods Hollow make sure you lock in the lower price for 2013.

Richwoods Hollow Model by Landon Homes in Frisco now Open!


Richwoods Hollow by Landon Homes Model is now Open! The furniture is not in but it does look fantastic!


This is one of their brand new models called the Ridgecrest that is 3,378 square feet. It had a beautiful 2-story entry which continues throughout the first floor.


A beautiful use of space above the fireplace adding the upgraded cabinet option. The kitchen is wide open with a fantastic island that is perfect to use with bar chairs.

The newest section of Richwoods, Richwoods Hollow, has its model home underway! The plumbing and slab has been poured as you can see.


Richwoods Hollows plans to be 55 foot wide lots with the only rear entry garages in the community. Plans and pricing should be available soon after the model is completed and be the best pricing in the community.

Richwoods Hollow in Frisco Texas is yet another incredible opportunity for families looking to live in Richwoods. Nothing is in stone yet as of builders, timing, plans or pricing.


This is an opportunity that hopefully people will understand this time around. There is so much anticipation and buzz regarding homes in Richwoods in the low $300’s, I honestly don’t know how the builders are going to handle this grand opening.


With interest rates slowly creeping up and estimated to be around 4.1% by the end of 2013 and Richwoods stats of location to 121, Frisco ISD, the 10 million dollar amenity center, gated community on top of incredible builders its almost scary to think of what mad rush is about to happen.

Richwoods Landing and Country picking up Steam


CONGRATULATIONS to the Johnson’s who are the 2nd closing in Richwoods Landing in Frisco!

Richwoods in Frisco is exploding in both sales and closings since March of 2012 when the builders started selling homes.

The two larger lot sections, The Landing and The Country, were the last lots to get the green light through the city of Frisco and were delayed 3 to 4 months behind Richwoods Place and Richwoods Glen.

It might sound weird that there has only been 2 closings so far, but wait until the end of March. It looks like there might be close to 10. And I know for sure there will be 5 because they are my clients.

The country is actually pretty close to the same numbers as the Landing. The Country now has a total of 3 closings but will have close to 8 or 10 by March.

The builders in The Country are John Landon Signature Series, Toll Brothers and Newcastle Homes. What surprises me the most is that out of those 11 to 14 homes, 6 will close at more than $800,000!!!! I was not expecting that at all, but an very happy to see it!!!
