As you can tell on my video above, I feel that it will be pretty difficult to find better lots with mature trees and on a cul-de-sac like the Toll Brothers 11 lots towards the back of the development. Yes, they will have steep premiums, but you really get what you pay for!
There is a very good amount of open space that I am guessing the City of Frisco required that will help with the overall look and feel. Across the street, there is the massive Warren Sports complex which is around 105 acres filled with every feature you could imagine with an outdoor park, see below.
