The building is up for Tom Thumb and a couple retail spots at Westside Market Center in Frisco off of 423 and Lebanon. This project has been a long time coming and now the residents nearby will be happy to see the progress.

The Tribute community and Landing at Waterstone residents will be excited to not have to drive to Lebanon and Legacy to go to the grocery store.

Phillips Creek Ranch in west Frisco, Texas is EXPLODING!!! In the first phases called Sheridan, Weston, Riverton and Waterton according to my calculations from each builder there has been a total of around 200 homes of the first phases sold since December!!!

That is unheard of for a new home development.
