It’s always a good sign when you see multiple model homes underway. At Edgewood in Frisco, Southgate Homes model is pretty much completely finished.

Toll Brothers moved a trailer while their slab will be poured for their model any day now.

Meritage Homes is also almost complete on the framing stage.

Edgewood Amenity Center Final Plat gets approved.

Edgewood in Frisco is well under way with nearly every lot developed. Now, the Amenity Center that was proposed and approved will be started soon.

It will be located on the Eastern side of the development and situated by the large mature trees. Perfect location if you ask me!
