UPDATE on K Hovnanian Homes (KHOV) at Richwoods Crossing in Frisco . . . My Clients will get up to $55,000 discount!!!

 Yes, that is not a Typo!  

My clients will receive up to a $55,000 discount if they use me as their realtor on a new contract with K Hovnanian Homes at Richwoods in Phase 22!

K Hovnanians incentive is a $10,000 allowance towards design upgrades. Another $5,000 in upgrade allowance if buyers finish their design selections within 45 days after the effective date of the contract. 

Their preferred lender is KHAM. And if a buyer uses them for their loan the buyer will receive another $4,000 towards closing costs. 

  And after that I will get you additional incentives.

Richwoods West entrance on College and Coit Road near Completion in Frisco

It’s getting close!

The West Side of Richwoods is almost ready for the streets to be poured. This will allow access to Richwoods in all 3 planned gated entry’s.

The entry is carved out like the main entrance on Independence with a slight curve. Both Richwoods Crossing and Richwoods Heights are much closer to being released it looks.

In Richwoods Crossing it looks like there are a couple retaining walls that are on a couple of the streets which will add character for both Landon and K Hovnanian Homes.

Current plans for Richwoods Crossing is to start selling the lots in the next couple weeks and construction to begin end of March or first of April.

Landon is taking an interest list to notify people when lots, plans and prices are released. K Hovnanian is taking $500 hold checks on their allotted lots.

In Richwoods Heights, both Landon and Toll Brothers are taking down names on an interest list and is also in the same timeframe as Richwoods Crossing.

Richwoods Heights and Richwoods Crossing to be Newest Sections in 2014

Two of the highly anticipated sections of Richwoods in Frisco have been named Richwoods Heights and Richwoods Crossing.

The excitement for the latest sections is Coit Road. I have had many buyers that wanted to hold off for this opportunity and they are projected to start in early 2014.

Richwoods Heights is a continuation of the Richwoods Glen product and Richwoods Meadows product with standard 74 foot wide by 120 deep.

Richwoods Crossing is a continuation of Richwoods Place product and Richwoods Corners product with a standard 64 foot wide by 115 deep.

Each section plans to have oversized lots and to have easy access to both the Coit and Rolater Gate.
