Best 6 Lots in New Phase of Richwoods Heights Released TODAY by Landon Homes in Frisco

These 6 Lots are by far my favorite Lots in the new Richwoods Heights section by Landon Homes in Frisco. Lot Premiums are very fair for how large these lots are. Wait until Toll Brothers lot premiums come out and these will be seen as bargains!

Call or Text me today at (469) 733-2723 to hold one of these lots today. A contract must be written tomorrow since these lots are in high demand.

TOMORROW: Richwoods Heights in Frisco to Open Holds for Phase 18 – Landon Homes

Richwoods Heights Phase 18 will be open tomorrow for holds at $2,500 for a Landon Home. These lots will be inside the ring road and be built by Landon Homes and Toll Brothers Homes.

ONLY Landon Homes will take holds for $2,500 and then they will call buyers accordingly to come in to the model, pick a lot and sign a contract. This will not guarantee you a lot.

Landon plans to build the same plans and possibly a couple more that they built in Richwoods Glen and Richwoods Meadows. They have not released pricing of the homes or the lot premiums on the lots. They actually are in the process right now of splitting up the lots between Landon and Toll Brothers.

Landon will also not release all of their lots in this phase to sell in the beginning. They will released 8 or 9 only and then wait until those are sold before the next group will be released.

There is only 55 lots in Phase 18 and from what I can gather, Landon and Toll Brothers will split the 55 as even as possible.

I am very excited about this phase because these lots will be very unique compared to the first couple sections. After looking at these Richwoods Heights lots, they developed them to create more character in this section. There really isn’t a “standard” size lot but looks like it’s 74 up to 102 on the fronts. Depth is mainly around 120-125 feet deep. There will also be the park to consider with 10 Lots that have a view.

And in the other sections, Toll Brothers had 25% or less of the lots where here they will be 50/50!

It’s getting close!

The West Side of Richwoods is almost ready for the streets to be poured. This will allow access to Richwoods in all 3 planned gated entry’s.

The entry is carved out like the main entrance on Independence with a slight curve. Both Richwoods Crossing and Richwoods Heights are much closer to being released it looks.

In Richwoods Crossing it looks like there are a couple retaining walls that are on a couple of the streets which will add character for both Landon and K Hovnanian Homes.

Current plans for Richwoods Crossing is to start selling the lots in the next couple weeks and construction to begin end of March or first of April.

Landon is taking an interest list to notify people when lots, plans and prices are released. K Hovnanian is taking $500 hold checks on their allotted lots.

In Richwoods Heights, both Landon and Toll Brothers are taking down names on an interest list and is also in the same timeframe as Richwoods Crossing.

Richwoods Glen in Frisco has a total of 102 Lots. Two builders that build here are: Toll Brothers Homes and Landon Homes. A standard size lot is 75 feet wide by 120 feet deep. There are two lots that the builders currently have construction trailers on and are not for sale. So for now, Richwoods Glen is SOLD OUT!

In Summary:

For Richwoods Glen, even before the grand opening the demand was sky high for this section. I remember both builders did not have enough time in the day for many months to handle the amount of appointments.

It is situated nicely inside the ring road North East continuing to the North West. Richwoods Country is the only section that is more prime sitting directly south of Richwoods Glen. The Glen has great access to both the Independence Gate and the Rolater Gate.

Landon Homes and Toll Brothers plan to be in the final section of lots which has been named Richwoods Heights. These lots plan to be released late this month or in February 2014. To be notified when the lots have been released call me today and I will include you on my list.

For Richwoods Meadows the Glen product was taken to the South of the community but still inside the ring road. The location is closer to the main Independence Gate and closer to the Amenity Center.

Only Richwoods Landing is the only section that is more central sitting directly North of the Richwoods Meadows lots.

Landon Homes and Toll Brothers will be selling the new Richwoods Heights back North within the community then will venture back South to finish off the West side of the Meadows lots.
