4% Total Rebate for Richwoods and Lawler Park ends on the 20th

The 4% Total Rebate that ends on August 20th for all new contracts using Brad Holden as your Realtor has been a tremendous success!!!

This is very simple. If you are considering either Richwoods or Lawler Park in Frisco. Richwoods quality builders like Toll Brothers, Landon Homes, KHOV OR Newcastle are all eligible for my 4% Total Rebate incentive.

The reason why using me is a no brainer, is when you realize that all of these builders will not decrease the sales price a normal “3% realtor commission” it only makes sense to use my representation on your transaction.

Richwoods Entry Gates get a Roof

The Richwoods entry gates will have a unique mini roof feature that mirrors the guard house.

There will be a total of 4 mini-roofs on each side of the large cedar gates. The style is closer to a Victorian Style facade rather than the traditional brick look.

Everything is on track and get ready for the amenity center because when it breaks ground . . . You are not going to believe it!!!!

Ring Road walls going up in Richwoods

If you drive through Richwoods today you will notice that the walls are going up around the ring road. Each has a specific brick design and is capped off with an Austin stone post.

This community feature is one of my favorites because the rest of the wall continuing from the stone post will be rod iron. It will help each community and section feel open as one instead of being shut off.

You will also notice the stone section at the main entrance on Independence is nearly completed and the large gates will be brought in very soon.

Wow! John R Landon Signature Series puts its finishing touches in Richwoods in Frisco

It’s not a concept anymore at all. The newest nearly completed model in Richwoods is nearing the end of construction.

Above you will see the “Utra Shower” that has 3 shower heads and is offered as an upgrade.

And this isn’t your plain vanity with shelves, there is a TV behind the model which is also offered in the John R Landon Signature Series.

Right now the kitchen is in disarray with design elements, but WOW. What an amazing kitchen.

55 Homes under construction in Richwoods Today!

If you haven’t been to Richwoods in a while, you will be shocked! There is currently 55 homes under construction.

All are in different stages from form boards up to completion in a couple weeks for Richwoods first closed homes.

Here is a breakdown to show how each section is performing: (note- Richwoods Place had their lots permitted through the city before each of the other sections)

Richwoods in Frisco finalizes their Mailboxes

The mailboxes for Richwoods have just been finalized. I’m thrilled!

They look like a mix of Modern/ Old World style. All the builders, Landon, Toll Brothers, Newcsstle and KHOV are happy as well.

Richwoods in Frisco is DFWs #1 fastest selling community since March. They have sold over 100 homes with no signs of slowing down!

Starting in the $340’s and currently with the highest price home in the $700’s, Richwoods seems to be a very unique gated community in one of the best locations in Frisco. Normally towards the end of the summer sales start to slow down, but not in 2012.

Lawler Park, directly north of Richwoods, opened up sales and have seen the same demand through the weekend as Richwoods has since its grand opening.

Richwoods is picking up steam. 4 models exteriors complete. 3 under construction and around 22 resident homes also going up.

I found out today that KHOV will be raising prices August 1st another $3,000 minimum and John R. Landon Series another $5,000 on August 23rd, 2012.
