The time is almost here for K Hovnanian Homes at Liberty Crossing in Frisco to start their pre-sales! The street are in and their sign went up yesterday.
Liberty Crossing will be a smaller development with only 94 homesites on the current conceptual plat. There will be a pool and park at the front of the development. Standard Lot sizes will be 65 feet wide by 120 feet deep.
But here is why Liberty Crossing really matters!
Above is one of these reasons. There are about 10 lots that are so unique, it will most likely be a first for any new development in DFW but for sure Frisco. The lot above is one of only 3 lots on Bunker Hill Court! Around these lots there is a beautiful winding creek! Are you kidding me?!?
The other lots have other unique features as well such as being oversized, backing to the large mature trees or opening your door to the almost forest in your front yard. Yes some communities are able to save some trees but nothing like this!
The floor plans are projected to be the same as at Richwoods but add and subtract a couple to the lineup. My best guess on pricing would start in the mid $400’s. (But that won’t last that long.)
There will be both front entry and rear entry through Liberty Crossing.
Plans are to open sales at the middle of August or possibly September.
