Shaddock Homes at Lexington in Frisco have 2 homes available to move in ASAP! They have 3 additional homes slated to be ready by end of March/April and even 3 more by the end of May! That is very hard to find that many quality specs in a red hot Frisco Market.
The modern stand alone tub has been very popular in the last couple years along with the tiled wood look.
They are also the first builder to put some shelves in the kitchen where normally cabinets would be a fixture.
At Lexington they do have a good amount of lots still but Shaddock should have a new set given to them very soon from the developer.
I took a look at the new Shaddock plan 5245 and was surprised with the look and flow of the house.
