The outer wall for Diamond Point Estates by K Hovnanian Homes in Frisco is almost complete. The cement post tops have been delivered and should be all on by the end of this week.

Landon Homes at Richwoods Meadows in Frisco introduces INCREDIBLE Spindale 680 Model Plan! Take a Look!

It’s not everyday you can “oooooh awwwww” me on a Floorplan, but Landon Homes has created another Winner with this new Spindale 680 Model! At first it reminds me of the Chesterfield, but it’s better!

The entry is breathtaking with two story ceilings and a beautiful Juliet balcony coming from the spiral staircase to the Gameroom. To the right is an extra bedroom and bath. To the left a study. Under the bridge opens to the family and the kitchen.

Dallas Cowboys Gavin Escobar and Jeff Heath at iFly in Frisco Today!

Today Dallas Cowboys Rookies Gavin Escobar (TE) and Jeff Heath (SS) were trying out iFly in Frisco. With the move to Frisco most likely in 2015, they were here taking a couple flights and scouting out the area. And luckily I had both of my boys Jake & Jax with me to snap a pic!

Gavin Escobar was selected in the second round out of San Diego State and proved to be a great addition to Jason Whitten and James Hanna. He has fantastic hands and is HUGE! 6-4 or 6-5 I think.

Jeff Heath wasn’t chosen in the draft but picked up immediately after by the Cowboys and played nearly every game due to JJ Wilcox being injured early and was very dependable throughout the season.

But the real question is, what new community in Frisco suits them best.

Young and in their early 20’s, I would say Park Place in Frisco. Great location, high-end finish out and very close to the new Cowboys Training Facility.

K Hovnanian at Richwoods in Frisco has released all of their lots for Phase 16! They have a total of 20 Lots to sell now and the base prices for the homes did go up.

They are still offering their incredible plans that they offered in Richwoods Place like the Alden 3, Oakview 2, Timberglen, Westover and my personal favorite the Prestondale!

The buyers incentive will be set in the morning as they have already started setting appointments from the Lot Hold list that K Hovnanian has been taking for the past two months. There was a total of 38 Lot Holds so if you are lucky enough to be on that list, you might be getting a call to come in and write a contract.

The Crossing at Lawler Park Update for Highland Homes and Darling Homes in Frisco

Highland Homes and Darling Homes build in the Crossing at Lawler Park in Frisco. Both builders have sold out of Phase 1 and are currently selling phase 2. Phase three is underway moving dirt but plans to start selling are currently set for October 2014.

The plat map above is up to date as of this morning. Here is Lawler Park in The Crossing current Sold, Available, Spec homes and Pool Lots.

Lawler Park is absolutely flying through their lots. A standard size lot in the Crossing is 75 wide by 125 Deep. Many of the lots left are oversized and some are actually in the 170’s deep! Those are huge lots!
