The concrete for the pool is near completion. The banquet rooms boast a beautiful stone facade with a large fireplace. The work out facility is huge and opens with large windows towards the pool area.

Grand Homes has recently opened Northglen in Plano. Northglen is a smaller boutique community with a total of around 100 homes.

Northglen is located off of Highway 121 between Coit and Independence. Quite possibly, the BEST location for a new home in Collin County. Northglen is located in Plano and is in Frisco ISD. The schools are rated Exemplary and located very close to the community.

After opening only 2 weeks ago, the community has sold 11 of the 50 released lots in the first section! Prices start in the $320’s and go up to 3,792 Square Feet in the $400’s.

To put this in perspective, Richwoods in Frisco has a 3,700 square foot home starting around $430,000. When Richwoods opened in March of 2012, the price of that home was around $370,000. K Hovnanian (KHOV) in Richwoods in Frisco waives lot premiums on Inventory Homes!

K Hovnanian in Richwoods has decided to waive their lot premiums on all remaining lots! This comes as they plan to spec out all of the remaining lots with their best selling floor plans!

It’s a very exciting time for KHOV knowing that they need the majority of their homes to close before their end of the year in October. Spec-ing out the homes will most likely help them achieve their goal.

Here’s the best part for the buyers. If you catch these homes early enough, you get the spec price, get to choose flooring, fixtures, paint etc. and still get their incentives for a new home! That is $15,000 for upgrades and $4,000 for using their preferred lender as well!

Landon Homes in Richwoods Place Phase 15 & Richwoods Meadows in Frisco Opens for Contracts

Let the Richwoods Landon Homes Frenzy begin!!!

Above is the play map for Richwoods Place Phase 15 with the lot premiums and which plans can be built on each lot. The demand is so high that Landon Homes has decided to lay out the community with certain plans on certain lots along with which elevation will be included.

There is one cul-de-sac and many oversized lots. They plan on selling only 6 for now then hold off until the first of May.

The most interesting thing to me is the prices have stayed the same or gone down!!!! That was a surprise to me!!!

Wow! Richwoods in Frisco Pool Looking Great!

The Richwoods in Frisco Resort Style Pool is looking better each day! I spoke with the developer and all the plans are coming together and looking to be on time for this summer.

As you can see above, the kiddie section will be very shallow and include great features for the kiddos!!!

According to the pool company, this is the largest pool in the DFW metroplex!

And the structure is looking very Scottish country with the unique stone elevation brought over to look Irish.

Also, Richwoods Meadows plans to start pre-selling this Monday. Also, Richwoods Place phase 15 will be pre-selling soon as well. Toll Brothers plans to eliminate their $20,000 inventive on Monday. And the highly anticipated Richwoods Hollows is looking to start pre-selling come June.

Richwoods Hollow in Frisco Texas is yet another incredible opportunity for families looking to live in Richwoods. Nothing is in stone yet as of builders, timing, plans or pricing.

This is an opportunity that hopefully people will understand this time around. There is so much anticipation and buzz regarding homes in Richwoods in the low $300’s, I honestly don’t know how the builders are going to handle this grand opening.

With interest rates slowly creeping up and estimated to be around 4.1% by the end of 2013 and Richwoods stats of location to 121, Frisco ISD, the 10 million dollar amenity center, gated community on top of incredible builders its almost scary to think of what mad rush is about to happen.
