Darling Homes in Lawler Park has seen a tremendous amount of new home buyers and have already contracted 9 homes!!!

Since then, Darling Homes has raised their pricing $10,000, and that is in the first month with no trailer or model!

Phillips Creek Ranch Wall almost complete

Phillips Creek Ranch in Frisco is almost ready to start selling phase 1, the Sheridan. Darling Homes, Highland Homes, Lions Gate Homes, Belclaire Homes, Shaddock Homes, KHOV, Drees and Huntington all haves lots available in Phase 1.

The models for many of the builders will start construction in September and will also start pre-selling lots out of other models where they are currently selling. I am offering my 4% Total Rebate for my clients that buy from 6 of the builders until the end of October.

Darling Homes at Lawler Park is selling TOO FAST!


It looks like we have another Richwoods coming up in Frisco right across the street!!!!

As of today in The Arbors at Lawler Park, Darling Homes has only 10 lots to sell after only 1 week of pre-selling the community. That’s 15 lots that are not available.

Highland Homes in The Arbors opened this Tuesday and the sales manager has had back to back appointments.

This is the exact same way with Richwoods. They started pre-selling, wrote a lot of contracts and then things slowed down on the contract side until . . . The models were complete.

“Both Darling Homes and Highland Homes are slated to begin their models in Lawler Park at the first of September. Those plan to be complete at the end of October or first of November!”

Then Lawler Park will see even more activity because when people can physically walk through a home they feel more comfortable making the decision to buy.

The one advantage the people that have already contracted with Darling is the price. The Grand-Opening incentives are unheard of and with two of the most quality builders in the same community, you can be assured that the prices will go up quickly.

Lawler Park in Frisco has just added its first section of landscaping. I can’t even explain the difference when you put some green up and how big of a difference it makes.

This is one thing that many of my clients say that they need to see and also, an actual home before they make the decision to contract. Which makes perfect sense. The only downfall is that both Darling Homes and Highland Homes will start off much lower in price and much higher in upgrades in the first couple weeks. But a huge advantage to you the buyer is buying at the bottom and having faith that the home will turn out as planned. Or buying off paper.

Richwoods in Frisco is DFWs #1 fastest selling community since March. They have sold over 100 homes with no signs of slowing down!

Lawler Park in Frisco adds Community Features

Lawler Park in Frisco is really taking form. Pictured above, the entry already has the smaller stone house and they have finished the sidewalk as you can see.

Below, the walk-across bridge is also nearly complete today as they had the steel frame up as of yesterday.
