You have probably seen Celebrity Chef Patrick Stark on Food Network’s Cutthroat Kitchen, ABC’s The Taste Season 2, Food Network’s Rewrapped, Mystery Diners, or at one of your favorite places to eat in Dallas where he held the Executive Chef role. 

Food, Music and Art – Chef P has his hands in all! When he is not in the kitchen, he is raising money for his charity, The Mohawk Militia, at one of his Taste of Sound events with Amusé. As a guitarist with Amusé, Chef P indulges his audience through Food and Sound!

So what does a Rockstar Celebrity Chef look for when buying a new home? Glad you asked!



What is your exterior preference on a new home?

I prefer a painted brick look on my exterior. To me, painted brick is a classic that will never get old. It screams sophistication and Rock!



A Chef with your talent picking out a new kitchen must be difficult. What are your preferences on looks, appliances and feel?

I love a dark modern feel in my home kitchen. Dark, tall cabinets – Maybe a place for me to showcase one of my guitars, at least 6 burners, sexy stainless steel sub zero refrigerator, wine cabinet, nice thick granite countertops for me to lay out some prep, and a nice bar for me to serve a gourmet meal on. 

One story or two?

Even though I walk alone, I prefer enough space to fill with my family and close amigos. I like the elegance of a wrought iron, wooden floor spiral staircase as I enter my estate.

Outdoor or indoor entertaining?

A great combination of both. I love hosting parties and giving off different vibes throughout my home. A large outdoor covered patio with a nice built in grill is a MUST. 


What is the most important “Cannot Live Without” feature in the Master Bathroom?

Well that one is easy. As I’ve said before, I love to entertain! Dual shower heads in my shower for two is the way to go. Entertaining or solo, this is my retreat to recharge. 


Is a Media Room a must have? 

A media is a must – However, I call this the JAM ROOM.  After a hard day at work, I like to come home and Rock out!


Where is THE PLACE to live?

North Dallas is the place to be. Plano and Frisco have so many new cool and hip restaurants, bars and venues. In fact, you can find me at The Shops at Legacy Southside, opening a new restaurant/lounge/live music venue called The Brixton mid March. Come see me!

John R Landon Homes at Lexington in Frisco have started sales. Since only December 27th 2016, they have sold a total of 41 homes out of 73 lots in only Phase One! 


Out of the lots not sold, 27 are spec homes which will be ready a lot sooner than a build job. This section of lots are standard at 70 foot wide by 100 foot deep. 


John R Homes at Lexington have a very smart concept by including most upgrades and giving very good prices looking at other builders in Frisco. Homes range today from 3,350 up to 3,958 square feet.

Lexington in Frisco Amenity Center Plans


Lexington in Frisco has submitted its plans for the Amenity Center. 

It looks very similar to Richwoods but not on as large of a scale. The building square footage is around 7,823. The pool will consist of 8 cabanas total in sets of 4 and a small kiddie pool with some slight covering. 

The pool almost has an identical shape of Richwoods but not as large. There are also plans of an outdoor shower with multiple covered patios and lots and lots of landscaping. 


Things are moving right along with the development and each builder has a different time schedule for pre sales, so that part is very up in the air until the development gets closer to being complete.  

Builders for Lexington plan to be Shaddock Homes, Toll Brothers Homes, John R. Landon Homes and K Hovnanian Homes (KHOV).
