The square feet of Darlings plan starts at 2,652 up to 4,300 square feet. Their lot sizes standard are 65 wide by 120 deep.

They do have one think that I have not seen too much in this hot seller market and that is the incentive. They give buyers $20,000 for upgrades but will also include an additional $5,500 if they go with their preferred lender.

That is not a misprint. Standard Pacific Homes in Phillips Creek Ranch has started a total of 71 spec homes. They range from 60 days out to 6 months out for move in.

The shortage of available homes for buyers that have been relocating and cannot wait 6-8 months to build a new home has been an issue. Standard Pacific hopes to capitalize on this starting in Frisco.

I think this is a fantastic move for Standard Pacific and the fact that they are building in 3 different sections with 5 different standard lot sizes this will be a great option for any buyer in any price point for a new home.

American Legend Homes in Frisco at the Arbors at Willow Bay is having to slow their sales down! Corporate is only allowing 5 sales a month for this community!

This is almost becoming a norm at all the sales offices in Frisco. The demand for homes is still at the highest it has ever been in this area and the developers are feeling the heat to get more lots ready for builders.

As for American Legend, they have a lot going for them. Location in Frisco near both McKinney and Frisco for shopping dining and entertainment. Their prices for this second phase that just opened up is still around $50,000 less than both Richwoods and Lawler Park right down the road.
