This is very simple. If you are considering either Richwoods or Lawler Park in Frisco. Richwoods quality builders like Toll Brothers, Landon Homes, KHOV OR Newcastle are all eligible for my 4% Total Rebate incentive.

Phillips Creek Ranch Wall almost complete

Phillips Creek Ranch in Frisco is almost ready to start selling phase 1, the Sheridan. Darling Homes, Highland Homes, Lions Gate Homes, Belclaire Homes, Shaddock Homes, KHOV, Drees and Huntington all haves lots available in Phase 1.

Darling Homes at Lawler Park is selling TOO FAST!


It looks like we have another Richwoods coming up in Frisco right across the street!!!!

As of today in The Arbors at Lawler Park, Darling Homes has only 10 lots to sell after only 1 week of pre-selling the community. That’s 15 lots that are not available.

Highland Homes in The Arbors opened this Tuesday and the sales manager has had back to back appointments.

This is the exact same way with Richwoods. They started pre-selling, wrote a lot of contracts and then things slowed down on the contract side until . . . The models were complete.

“Both Darling Homes and Highland Homes are slated to begin their models in Lawler Park at the first of September. Those plan to be complete at the end of October or first of November!”

Then Lawler Park will see even more activity because when people can physically walk through a home they feel more comfortable making the decision to buy.

The one advantage the people that have already contracted with Darling is the price. The Grand-Opening incentives are unheard of and with two of the most quality builders in the same community, you can be assured that the prices will go up quickly.

Every Thursday in August I will have a room filled with the most up to date information on Richwoods, Lawler Park, Kathryn Estates and Phillips Creek Ranch.

Lawler Park in Frisco has just added its first section of landscaping. I can’t even explain the difference when you put some green up and how big of a difference it makes.

This is one thing that many of my clients say that they need to see and also, an actual home before they make the decision to contract. Which makes perfect sense. The only downfall is that both Darling Homes and Highland Homes will start off much lower in price and much higher in upgrades in the first couple weeks. But a huge advantage to you the buyer is buying at the bottom and having faith that the home will turn out as planned. Or buying off paper.

Richwoods in Frisco is DFWs #1 fastest selling community since March. They have sold over 100 homes with no signs of slowing down!

Phillips Creek Ranch latest Amenity Center Rendering

Phillips Creek Ranch is one of the big 3 new home communities that will be opening up sales to Frisco this year.

Bordering Lone Star Ranch to the west, Phillips Creek Ranch will create another highly sought after community for West Frisco. Richwoods in Frisco has 22 homes on the ground and a New Model

As of today, 22 homes are up and at least have boards up on the first homes in Richwoods. This does not include the 10+ slabs that you will also notice when you drive through the community.

In the 64s, Richwoods Place, Landon and K Hovnanian (KHOV) has sold a total 57 homes since March!

In the 74s, Richwoods Glen, Landon Homes and Toll Brothers has sold a total of 37 homes since March!

In the 84s, Richwoods Landing, Landon Homes and Newcastle Homes 9 since March.

In the 90s, Richwoods Country, Toll Brothers-Landon Homes & Newcastle Homes have sold a total of 12 since March.

Brings the total sold count to 116!!!!
