Toll Brothers at Richwoods Glen in Frisco “RELEASES” 10 Lots!

  Toll Brothers at Richwoods Glen in Frisco released 10 lots for sale (starting to sign contracts on August 10th.)

Toll Brothers has a very large interest list of prequalified buyers for this section and they plan to set up meetings with them according to how early they filled out their forms. 

Prices aren’t finalized but I know lot premiums on the new lots range from $5,000 up to $35,000. 

  I wouldn’t be surprised if Toll Brothers raised their current prices by $50,000 because they have been waiting for around three months. 
Incentive plans to be around $15,000 for options or upgrades. 

For anyone that is already been pre approved by their lender, if you use me as your realtor on the purchase I will give you a $17,000 rebate that you can help offset the new price increase!

Toll Brothers at Richwoods in Frisco has one premium lot come back on the market this morning!!!

This morning I was in the Toll Brothers Model at Richwoods in Frisco and the salesperson told me that this lot has just come back on the market. 



It is one of my favorite locations backing to the open beautiful park at Richwoods Glen. The original buyers contracted a while ago bout the floor plan they chose cannot fit in the lot so this is a great opportunity for someone to get a premium lot in Richwoods with Toll Brothers. 

The best part is the prices will still be the same and not be the higher ones that will start in the newer section many months from now. So above are the surrender prices and the lot has a $20,000 premium on it (which I can easily get you a better price on). 

Any of the plans above can be built it just depends on what elevation will work. 

My best guess on the new Toll Brothers Lots and pricing will most likely be $25,000 more than what you see here due to the lot cost and demand.

Toll Brothers at West Park in Plano selling Phase 2!

I always have buyers ask me about Plano and my answer is always the same for new homes. Either Avignon, which is basically sold out and at a very high price point, or this jewel of a community in an incredible location! 

West Park is the first development on Haggard Farm. The Haggards have been in Plano forever and they are slowly selling their land for development like Brinkmann Ranch recently did in Frisco. 

Phase 2 at West Park consists of 61 lots with Toll Brothers having 29 and John R Landon homes having the other 32. 

Back to the location. It is literally 5 minutes from George Bush so it is ideal for anyone needing to have easy access to both the North Dallas Tollroad or US 75!

The wait is almost over.

The highly anticipated new section of Richwoods Country in Phase 20 has divided up the lots and the release for sales will be soon.

On the map above the Yellow will be Toll Brothers averaging a 90 feet wide by 135 feet deep. The red is Newcastle and Green is John R Landon Signature with a standard size lot at 84 wide and 130 deep.
