I have sold now over 60 homes in Richwoods and Lawler Park in Frisco Texas. Through these many transactions, I have seen the new trends that buyers are looking for and builders are making their dreams come true.

This is what I feel is coming up in the years to come that is changing in New Construction in the years to come for North Texas families, and he gave me some interesting things that he saw in General and what Darling is doing to make their floorplans timeless and sellable in the next Decade. The Darling Model Homes at Lawler Park in Frisco really helps display the wants and need with their finishout details. The Landon Home model in the Glen section in Richwoods shows the new trend of sectioning off rooms throughout the house.

Start looking for the following trends:

Formals are going away. Darling Homes is builiding more plans with options to change the dining room into a downstairs Media room or game room.

They are pouring today!

Thing are really beginning to take shape at the Amenity Center at Richwoods in Frisco. The pool has been poured and right now they are beginning to pour the entry streets and will end with the circle drive.

This is on top of the tremendous time and man power spent on getting the ground ready for the building.

The Resort Style Pool at Richwoods in Frisco has finally been poured. It has seemed to have taken a pretty long time to get this far, but it’s not everyday you see a 10,000 square foot pool being built in Frisco.

Why Richwoods in Frisco Matters!

When my clients are considering different neighborhoods, the normal questions of location, quality of builder, schools etc., are always the main factors, which they should be. But there are a couple very noticeable items that get overlooked that make a community extra special. And these are why Richwoods really matters.

#1. Trees!!!!

I always have clients that ask where they can find a new home community with large mature trees that touch over the streets like in Highland Park in Dallas. This is almost never going to be found in new communities since there are mostly flat land areas and a couple large trees the developers have saved throughout the green areas.

In Richwoods, every home is REQUIRED to have 4 trees in their front yard!!! Normally in new home communities you will only see 2! This really helps the streets with a more natural look and will really help 10 to 20 years when they all provide shade on every lot.

#2. Different Front Elevations

The developer has made sure that you cannot duplicate a house beside or across that is identical. This really helps the community and streets to have variation and uniqueness.

#3. 10 Million Dollar Amenity Center

Currently under construction, this enormous pool, fitness center and banquet room will make Richwoods the most sought after community in Frisco.

Framing my personal home in Richwoods

On Monday the Framers started my own personal house in Richwoods. It is absolutely amazing how quickly and calculated these guys are.

In just two days my 4,000 square foot house looks like below this as of this afternoon.

Richwoods installs the Entry Gates

This morning Richwoods attached the entry gates to the community. I have been very curious to what they will look like in reference to the conceptuals and they are spot on!

The cedar posts have a two tone color and top it off with the iron post look that you will see throughout the community keeping the Texas feel.

John Landon Signature Series Richwoods

Today, Hot On Homes and The John R Landon Signature Series hosted A realtor event that had around 100 realtors present.

They catered La Hacienda Ranch and talked about available lots, plans and pricing. The highlight was mentioning the new phase that currently opened in The Country in Richwoods.

There are some oversized lots still available, but not many. The overall reaction was very positive with many of the realtors already selling homes to their clients in Richwoods.

Richwoods Pool in Frisco Update

If you drive through the main entry of Richwoods, it dead ends to a large open area. Directly to the left you will see the cranes an a large hole being built in the ground. And yes, that is the pool!

To have a pool this size it requires a tremendous amount of time and professionals that do it right.
