Richwoods in Frisco Model Home Update

Newcastle Homes model
In Richwoods is adding Stone. The owner mentioned that he was projecting completion of the model in the next 45-60 days. It’s going to be a great open plan and be a big seller for Newcastle.

The John R. Landon Signature Series model has been slowly coming together, but starting to look incredible.

The 52 inch cabinets sure make a difference when you look at the kitchen. Even with just a couple of lighting fixtures in the rooms, this model is going to be one “High-End” home!

And Lastly, the Toll Brothers “Wow” Model is starting to take form. We all know the design of Toll will blow the competition away with their in house architects, but so will the price. From what I know about Toll, when Richwoods is all built out this model will probably sell for $1.2mm!!!! No joke!

Darling Homes in Lawler Park in Frisco . . . Wow!

Yesterday, I took some clients out to Darling Homes to see what a home in the Crossing would look like, and I was shocked!

The home was very open and inviting with wide walls and a cozy feel. The bathroom and walk in closet was amazing!

Since KHOVs Model in Richwoods has been complete, homes are selling very fast!

As of today, KHOV has 11 SOLD homes and 3 HOLDS in Richwoods Place in Frisco.

Lawler Park in Frisco Informational Event

Above is the newest detail to continue to bring a sense of community to Lawler Park.

And it is also now time.

I will be hosting an informational seminar about Lawler Parks details including the different sections, plans for construction, both builders Darling Homes and Highland Homes, plans and pricing, and more. I will give a 30 minute overview.

Then I have begged my sister-in-law to talk for a couple minutes about Frisco ISD since she is the PTA President for Vandeventer Middle School where the Lawler Park residents will be zoned to go.

Then I will discuss my client buy/sell advantage for buyers to use me as their representation on the buy/sell or buy & sell. It helps you keep money in your pocket and market your pre-owned home better than anyone in this area.

Lastly, I will open it up to questions.

I do have plans and pricing an will be able to share after we wrap everything up.

It is one of the most amazing properties that I have ever seen in pictures!

Are Tony and Candice about to buy a home from a Toni?

Well its been an incredible year for one of my favorite athletes Tony Romo this past year. Getting married then having his new baby boy . . . so whats next on his agenda huh? Yep, moving closer to Frisco!

Currently he lives in Irving in what most people call a “Bachelor Pad”, but sources have told me that this past weekend Tony, Candice and baby took a trip right around the corner from where I grew up in North Dallas to one of the most sought after neighborhoods, (rarely even known by the public) called North Forty. I’m sure you will be google mapping the street if you are reading this, and no, the first house off of Frankford is not it! That belongs to Mr. David Weinreb, CEO of The Howard Hughes Company (Another one of my favorite people, Howard Hughes) that develops, acquires and creates some spectacular properties on a very large-scale.

But in comparison, the home that Tony looked at is currently owned by the youngest of the 3 Toni & Guys, Anthony Mascolo or the widow of Toni (Who knows?!?!). They picked the home up on a short sale in 2003 when it had only 5,749 square feet and I am guessing did a total remodel because on the tax rolls it is close to 15,000 square feet!

It was Officially the Most Expensive Super Bowl Rental in Dallas that included a Private Jet, Ferrari, and Super Bowl Tickets! It’s main highlights are a media room, exercise room, spa room, sauna, game room with full size bar, outdoor lounge with pizza oven, swimming pool, 4 manicured acres, sports field and an elevator.

It is one of those unique properties that sits on close to 3 acres, totally secluded and still right in the middle of the city and close to the tollroad.

Candice talked about making all kinds of changes, but Tonys favorite part was the enormous Closet!

Richwoods Landing and Country Model Pretty Close

John Landon Signature Series is really coming together.

From the soaring ceilings to the super master bath option, Landon is definitely doing it right!

The super master bath option includes an enormous walk in shower with dual shower heads with a 7 and a half foot shower with 5 windows. Also a 72 inch drop in extra tub and an included excercise room.

The dual staircases allow easy access to bothe the game room and media from different parts of the home.

The cabinets are huge and will have a tremendous amount of cabinets.

Toll Brothers Model in Richwoods Country Underway

Even with a couple boards up, the excitement for seeing something for Toll Brothers in Richwoods will make a big difference.

It is very difficult for people to envision a plan on paper before they can walk through and this will help ease buyers concerns.

As of today, Toll Brothers has sold a total of 7 homes and are doing a great job only selling off paper but once the model is complete, things will pick up big time.

I know this because of the other Richwoods models greatly helped people actually “see” what they were buying and made the move.

So time will tell but mark my words, when the model is complete, Toll Brothers will see a tremendous pick up in sales.
